wearable pain devices
 

Hi,

I'm dealing with some backpain, and I get pretty good relief from a TENS machine. I've recently seen that there are a bunch of wearable devices, some TENS, some shortwave, and wonder if people have experience with them and any recommendtions?

TENS devices cause Parathesis, the tingling sensation. Long time use can tighten muscles and make it worse. I gave up on these devices, and had some pretty expensive programmable ones. Parasthesis in simulator use is old technology. I finally went with the Nevro Unit. You need extensive consultation with a Neurologist, to find out what is causing all of this. Trigger point shots could give you months of relief. They don't hurt either.
