tennis ball to the head

so my anxiety is pretty high rn and just looking for some reassurance or bad news if it seems so.

I was just doing an exercise where i am bouncing a tennis ball of the corner of a wall and the tennis ball bounced back, hit my hand and then hit the top right part of my forehead. I understand that anxiety can rile everything up, but I feel like there is some dull pain in that area. What do you guys think?

Anxiety and a memorized response. Think of it like a flashback trigger.

Somebody who has experienced a trauma can be triggered to re-enact the response when a related trigger happens.

OKay thanks for the reassurance Mark, its crazy ain't it how anxiety can manifest it's self physically

No way you concussed yourself from that.

The way I handle things like that...would you have given a tennis ball glancing off your head a moments thought before you were ever concussed? Most likely you would have laughed.

Draw from past experience to settle anxiety down.
