Hi grandmaof2angels
Welcome to NeuroTalk :). I hope that you will find the community knowledgeable and supportive. You have posted your question in the right NT forum - I hope that other members will offer you thoughts and suggestions. The information here might help you Costochondritis -- Symptoms, Causes, Tests, and Treatment for Costochondritis -- from WebMD. All the best. |
Hi and welcome. I don't have the costo challenge but know there is a section here I believe of those who deal with it. I've read a lot about alternatives for over 25 yrs and read that grape seed extract and pycnogenol are just two alternatives used for this health condition. Personally I've been taking the above for over 22 yrs and in good health except for my arthritis challenge and I work with that every day. I'm 79 soon.
Do a search of Costochondritis and the above I mentioned and you'll get plenty of hits. If you take other meds, talking to pharmacist about alternatives and your meds are a good way to go. I've seen a LONG LIST of alternatives used for costo. Good luck. |
