CBD Oil

Ok I have been doing a little research has anyone every tried CBD oil for their PCS and Anxiety?

The therapeutic dose of CBD oil is quite large. We discussed it a few months ago. Even at the highest concentrations and lowest prices, that effective dose costs $40 or more per day and requires a few weeks to see a benefit.

It is virtually impossible to get enough by smoking it or eating it. Vaping or sublingual administration hourly appears to be the best way.

CBD has minimal affect on anxiety for most. THC in very small doses can help anxiety. Many CBD oils have a slight amount of THC.

Some claim the best value is in the first 48 hours after the impact. This is common with many therapeutics.

So not so much help on the PCS anxiety?

I tried to search for the CBD discussion and could not find it on here, has anyone else tried CBD?

Mark are you one of the moderators?

Dr. Michael Lewis has talked about it for his patients with incredible results.

He also has an omega-3 protocol that has helped me tremendously.

Yes, try the high dose Omega-3. Dr Lewis anecdotal comments about CBD are weak because they do not include specifics. The research does not suggest much value for anxiety. It is best for seizures and some of the more severe symptoms of mTBI.

Have you read the Vitamins sticky at the top ? B-12, is the most important but the others are valuable. For anxiety, L-Tryptophan or 5-HTP may be helpful. I am convinced that 5-HTP is making my days much better. I forgot my morning 5-HTP, B-12 and L-Theanine last weak and had a miserable day. I had not had such a day in over a year.
