it is an angry depression

i think that is what i am in-too much pressure-everything is triggering. my constantly gaining weight is a big one-by the way the ice cream-two pints were
delicious-I dread seeing marcia because I am so angry and depressed. I bought her a present but she won't get it til next week. I mgight call up that social worker but I don't think that is her job. I think she is a a case worker

Anger is something I struggle with... much, but not all, of it directed at myself. There is a Buddhist practice referred to as "compassionate abiding" I use. Here's a link to a mental-health-oriented description of the practice:

Relieve Distress By Allowing It: Compassionate Abiding 11 | Mindset: Perspective Is Everything

May it be of benefit. :)

I have not done that in years but when I was doing it, it is exactly like you say ---
it gets easier.
When we "practice" it we get better at it.

It made me feel better. I didn't realize how much was directed at myself. thanks again.

just read this Coffee drinkers are waking up to some good news after two new studies claimed to have found a direct correlation between a cup of joe and a reduced risk of suffering from strokes, and heart and liver disease.

The benefits are said to hold true whether one gets a kick from espresso, Americano, latte, or even decaffeinated coffee, according to the Annals of Internal Medicine.

Agitation and irritability can be symptoms of depression and/or anxiety, but sometimes it's just situational. Sometimes, we all just get ****** off

What do you want to talk to a social worker or case worker about? Maybe we can point you in the right direction...

I'm glad that you found the Buddhist practice Skeezyks suggested helpful. Somethings are difficult for me to read too, and take a couple of tries to soak it all up.

I'm glad that there are more studies that show that coffee has health benefits. I don't know if that's true of the massive amounts of it I drink tho.
