Frightened again.
 

I took a nape, and woke up frightened again. I feel like shivering. It's a feeling that is giving me a chill.

I just don't understand. BF:hug::hug::hug:

Here it is after 3 AM. The obsessions, and compulsions came a couple of days before the fright.:Sigh: I took a shower, and I feel a little better. BF:hug::hug::hug:

It has been a long road. The best thing that I can do is read comfort verses in the bible, and live one day at a time. BF:hug::hug::hug:

I have had a couple of bad nights recently. In the early mornings recently, I have had frightening feelings that have come out of the blue. I have been able to sleep though. BF:hug::hug::hug:

I am sorry friend that you are struggling right now.
Remember it should pass with time and you will feel better again.
