I just took an empath test online.
Is it the same thing as being bipolar in a way?

For some reason I can tell immediately who is stealing.
Lots of times I can tell about lying but not immediately.
And I need a lot of alone time --- since a child.

I came out low on being able to protect myself. Supposedly I can work on that.
I came out 10 out of 10 for appreciation for nature -- so maybe the
test is flawed because I would not have guessed that.

I scored pretty high 68/80 and am a "Moon Goddess Empath." One thing I'm lacking is self protection tools, which is very true.

Most of the traits of an empath apply to me, but I tend to disregard a lot of the signals I pick up on to my own detriment. But when I was drunk, I never hesitated to call anyone out on their BS lol.
