note to my pdoc:

Dr. Orazio,

Just a brief update:
I am happy to say that I think my meds are finally working.
Perhaps with the increased dose of seroquel to 100mg at night, it is acting as an additional mood stabilizer.
I have been able to decrease my drinking to1 beer a night since August 1st (the past 5 days). And able to diet since then as well, have lost 2 pounds so far (it is a start).
Our new bed arrived Saturday and I slept great last night!
I saw 9 clients at one location and came home with my back killing me and on a heating pad. Woke up feeling great with the new bed!

My picking has basically stopped which I am happy to report.

Stability has been a long time in coming.
Thank you for your assistance in my mental health care.
Elizabeth

Well written, Bizi :)

Dr. Orazio,

I should have waited a while before giving you a report about my sleeping in regards to the new bed and med increase.

Had one great nights sleep when I wrote to you and have had problems ever since, so dissapointing.
The last week has been the worst.
Not sure whether it is my bipolar being off or the bed or my arthritis...but I am not sleeping well at all.
The last few nights I kept staring at the clock...hour after hour...it was awful!
If my hips don't improve then I will go see my doctor.
We have a 30 day trial on the bed.
sigh

We just increased my seroquel from 100mg to 200mg. to see if I can sleep.

That is a significant increase of Seroquel. It should be sedating.

Did you take it last night? Did it help?

bizi 08-15-2017 09:47 AM

the increased seroquel helped a bit I think, jeff said I was snoring quite a bit. But I still woke up many times through out the late night looking at the clock.
