Headache when coughing and straining
 

I've noticed sometimes, when I cough or put strain on my body, I get a sudden sharp headache that quickly fades. Another example would be if I bend over quickly or jerk around a certain way. I have had a couple concussions before, two years ago, so I'm wondering if this is something I should be concerned about. Already made an appointment for my neurologist coming up in a coupel months, but a part of me is worried that might be too late and something is going wrong in my head that can't be fixed.
