Kitty Update

Hi everyone,
Just an update for all who have been concerned by Kitty's absence....she had a pretty bad flare, and has gone from hospital to rehab, where she is now, and should be in assisted living by the weekend.

She sends much love to all and hopes to be back online again soon.

Kitty -
Looking forward to your post. You are always a voice of reason and grace.

Oh dear! Thank you for the update, Chemar. Wishing a quick recovery for Kitty. Although I've recently felt the need to reach out here, I haven't been around enough lately to notice her absence. ((((Kitty))))

I'm so sorry about Kitty. I hope she'll be getting over the flare with plenty of support as needed. She's been giving a lot of support, and now I hope she's getting it.

I hope she starts feeling better!

Hey Ya'll!

I'm in assisted living now. It's a nice place and I have a real pretty room. My DIL and her Mother decorated it for me before I moved in. I'm still doing PT and OT and have regained lots of strength in my legs. I hope to be walking with my rollator again in a few weeks. This place won't know what to do with me!! I'm probably the youngest resident here. Maybe I can recruit some of the feistier residents here to stir up some trouble with me. ;) Just kidding....I'll behave if I have to. :)

Kitty,
Hope rehab goes well and you're back home quicker than a scared grasshopper...
know that we're all pulling for you:hug:

Kelly!!! I hope you start feeling better and that you're able to go home soon. How sweet of your DIL and her mom to come decorate for you. It's so much nice when you have some pretty decorations and things of your own when you are in a place like that. Being a young one in an assistive living facility definitely is interesting. I've been there. Keep working with PT and OT and doing your exercises. You'll get there and will be home soon enough.:hug:

Just checked in today and saw this. Kitty, I'm so glad you are doing better in assisted living. I hope you'll be feeling better and home soon.
