Gum Health and Grape Seed Extract
 

Talking with others on another health forum and the gum problems were brought up. My gums are tight and healthy and I'm 79...Using Coconut Oil toothpaste, make my own, and continuing use of Grape Seed Ex, keeps me out of the dental chairs.

Red wine kills gum disease bacteria, but grape seed is the real star

Reading some of the stories here I can only say get on antioxidants and clean up your diet from sugars/carbs.
