Jittery tingly right side
How do you explain that amped up tingly feeling that is pretty much a constant on outer part of right side. . . . two and a half years post accident and Ihave just had one of my worst days which is disconcerting given some of the better days experienced.
This morning side was ultra jittery, to point I didn't go for intended walk as I felt unsafe, this lasting for best part of day - but I did continue everyday activities with difficulty. End of day, walking, standing on foot feels ultra heavy and uncomfortable, painful in fact - crushed sensation. The jittery shaky sensation comparatively weaker but as per usual the amping, tingling continues. Past treatment has included physiotherapist, chiropractor, acupuncturist and assessment from neurologist ordered by Insurance Company. Any suggestions as to what is going on? and treatment. Thanks. |
Have you been diagnosed with Sensory Integration?
This has been my battle for over 10 years.....I live by strategys, and avoiding things that set it off. |

What type of therapist helps you with this condition and how was it diagnosed? For you what are the things that set it off? and the strategies used. Intolerances, slow to start, stay on task, difficulty with instruction . . . are the 'new me', just live with it and accept as way of life. |
Oh my, that is a very complicated to answer, and each of us is different.
Maybe we can go back and forth via PM? First off try to figure out the triggers, and thats hard..... If we can figure a trigger, then try some stuff out...... I have heard brushing helps some, it is used on autistic, ADHA, and ADD patients.( thats was my experiance) I have lots of problems with sound, touch, smell, sight, all start my symptoms. |
