Chronic pain patient on opiods for more than 15 years!
 

I haven't posted here for a long time! I choose to get off opiods due to many side effects more than a year ago, due to a work injury, as I remain a chronic pain patient. I have Botox injections which have helped me tremendously. My problem remains, my stomach was so used to the opiods that I have a very hard time tolerating my morning coffee, I frequently have to run to the bathroom with the runs. I hate that what I love, my morning coffee gives me the runs. I wish there was a solution, but I will not go back on opiods as long as the Botox injection is working for me. Please enjoy your morning coffee for me! I may have to stick to tea! Anyone else stopped opiods after many years like I choose to do? Take care for now!
