More affordable quality fish oil

I'm not impressed. Their claims are full of errors. The first was:

I count 4 EFAs in their list. In their web page about turmeric, they confuse turmeric and curcumin. Curcumin is a small part of turmeric. 2000 mgs of turmeric only has 140 mgs of curcumin. They play fast and loose with the facts. Yes, Omega 3 fish oil is good and EPA and DHA content is important. The other two are also but not as much. But, there are many brands that offer good Omega 3. It appears to be written for marketing not accuracy. In my opinion, it is better to find an affordable supplement with the desired ingredients than put off getting a brand that claims to be the best and costs more. |
I eat fresh salmon three times a week (about 200 grams/serve).
