Your day away from it all were would it be
 

My day away from it all would be going to see my sisters and mom.
I just don't seem to get to do that often enough anymore. I have
no real time too myself it seems.

So it would be neat sometimes to just get in a vehicle and go.
But then it seems that no one ever has time to spend with me when
I get there. Or my nephews think they have to join us.

So its just not something that I ever get to just do.

So my dream for today would be to have a night out with my
sisters and my mom. No kids or hubby's.

No one but us girls it never seems to happen that way.

My sister just took a trip with some of the ladies only in her family.
They went on a short cruise 4days I think.
They had a great time.
Anyway you could plan a ladies only trip?

My trip away would be first to go see my friends back North East before it gets cold back there.:) It has been 3 yrs, since I saw them.


Then I would like to go someplace tropical, even Florida would be fine. Staying right on the beach, I find the ocean very soothing.

The mountains here are beautiful and the sunsets, but not like the ocean.

I would just like it to be me and my dogs, but I would never put them on a plane. It would make me much to nervous to think of them down below with the luggage and the noise and God knows what the temp is down there.

I know Dirk would take good care of my mom, but he does work everyday so he couldn't be here all day.

Well that's my dream, back North East, then Florida on the beach or anywhere tropical.:)

I am so frustrated and getting depressed to some extent.:(

How about a weekend in a nice hotel, with Dirk coming in the evening to check in on your mom. You could do some research on the net and find
a place that wouldn't be to expensive, maybe see if one of your friends
from the north east would come join you.

And then have a nice weekend.

love to vist my son & wife in mn., my son and wife in ok. and daughter
and husband and sweet grandson in or. it's been so long,what a joy

Dirk and I did go down the street to the Radission when he first got back.
It was nice, but that was also when I was having severe headaches, which put a damper on it. We made the best of it.;)

We could find another place and do it again. Yet I still came back to check on everything, we left on a Tue and back on Thurs. So, Wed. I went back to check on my mom and all.

My cousin Paula who I am real close to, is coming for a week in September, looking forward to that.:)

Dirk has a pop up camper and it has everything, that we go someplace where they have a lake, and take the dogs, but it would be too far to come back and check on my mom.

I just don't know anymore.:confused:

Marinating some pork chops, Dirk will do them on the grill,I have to make some salad, and I have some potato salad too.

So tired, yet doing things, It's so weird. I am smoking like a chimney, I can't help it.

I think its time you locate someone that you trust to come look in on your
mom besides Dirk. Just tell them that she is a handleful and that it wont
be something she likes. But its something you need.

And then just do it, and don't let it get to you.

Hi,
I would go some place quiet and still.
Maybe a nearly un-inhabitated ocean spot.
A place where no one can telephone me but I can call whomever I want.
A place with healing powers in the earth and air and water. I could swim without my anxiety about impurities in the water. Hubby would come with me and we could read or watch movies and take walks.

Lately I feel like I want to be left a alone and I want to sleep. So this place would be conducive to sleep -- no howling dogs, no noisy birds, no cars, no thunderstorms, and no wind that freaks me out somedays. And the temperature would be just right.

Where would I go for one day.
One of those awsome day spas where they do everything. If price wasn't an issue. I would be there from sunup to sunset!

I hate leaving my house. I really am becoming extremely reclusive.

So...... My day away from it all would be to have a clean house, my kids gone and well cared for, my hubby off to golf and me involved in a crafty project that I could have done by the end of the day and still have lots of healthy energy. :D
