I overate

I feel so sick and I am supposed to take cecilia out for her birthday tonite.
I got the letter from dr. Bergman and it asked for me to be excused for a year because of my bipolar and being unstable and stable. I felt so much pain. He doesn;t get it. Maybe he will do the same thing next time. The court just brings back all the memories of my burn experience. It is a nightmare. I just made a cup of coffee even though my stomach really hurts. also listening to the news does;t help.

I am sorry bobby. In this state, my pdoc could not write me a letter. I had to write it myself. I should have kept a copy so if they contact me again....
sorry he doesn't get it.

I don't know why he can't write one to permanently excuse you...

It is so frustrating. I will tell him this time how jury duty triggers the whole explosion episode so far and now i have gained five pounds from the thought and am so anxious reliving it

Mari 11-19-2017 02:54 AM

The last two times I had to show up for Jury Duty, I kind of answered
questions in such a way that I knew I would not be picked. I felt a little
bit bad about stretching the truth in one case and flat out acting almost
crazy in the other case.

But it was such anxiety to get downtown early in the day and follow directions
after I was in the building and I knew that going back the next day was not going to work.

I think dealing with rules and so on are too much for me. AND I really hate lawyers as much as I hate anyone else at the courthouse.
Do not feel that I can trust them. . . .see everyone working in the courthouse as liars.
(Not a good person to be on someone's jury.)

And I always imagine that I will act out and end up getting sent to
jail at any point after my arrival.

They should let someone like you be able to be excused and taken off the list but it is possible that the do it year by year.

My two excuses from pdocs did not specify a date/ time limit.

I suppose that the court in my state expects me to get a letter each time they
send a summons.

You do what works for you but I feel a little protective:

In a nice way, tell her to knock it off.

Your A1C was good and the only reason you are talking about diabetes is
because it is part of your anxiety and as far as your MD is concerned you
are doing well.

The therapist can help you with the anxiety over it -- not with the
actual diabetes itself because
your diabetes is under control

Ask her why is she so concerned about your diabetes?
Is it personal for her?????
By the way, very few people need to give themselves injections ---
she almost sounds crazy about this.

I told her I ate two pies in one day and a lot of little pies in another day from anxiety. I think she tried to scare me which she did. I couldn't get mad this time because I am scared the way I am going. I am now trying to have no carbohydrates..one was pecan and another was pumpkin.

You are nicer to people that I am. That's a good thing.

For low carbs, I might make a pork chop or two because they are
easy to cook in a skillet and if you decrease your carbs, you have to
increase the fat.

Also, on a low carb diet in the beginning you have to increase salt.
