Time out from computer screens

The latest version of the FireFox browser called Quantum has an add-on called Tomato Clock that is a timer that notifies you when you have been using your browser for 25 minutes so you can take a break.

Those of you who need to take a break from computer screens may be able to use it as a reminder to not over-do your screen time.
