Diet & Nutrition in PD

Very interesting lecture on trying to find out why some people with PD progress much slower than others and how ones diet, certain supplements, exercise and light therapy might make difference in levodopa intake, dyskinesia, sleep, etc.

Thanks for posting this lecture. I found it very interesting and my daily routine could most certainly use some (actually a lot) of upgrading after hearing what the doctor had to say. I hardly know where to begin, but for sure I will be taking my vitamins and supplements regularly. It's also been a few months since I have been using my stationary bike and will begin to use it again (although I truly hate it).

Good way to start the New Year. Thanks again.
