Hello any luck w/ ultrasound guided injection of novacaine?

Just wanted to say a quick hello. I have L foot CRPS since 95 and my pain Dr. referred me to have an ultrasound guided injection of some sort of numbing agent. Anyone have any luck with these? I had something similar long time ago but no lasting relief. That one was not ultrasound guided. Thanks in advance for any input.

I deal with a bodywide load of arthritis and for me use a lot of supplements and believe more and more that the Grape Seed Extract I take for over 20 yrs works on all Circulation and stagnent blood and why not do some google work on your issue and Grape Seed Extract. Grape Seed addresses so much and primarily circulation first and foremost.
