Small fiber neuropathy skin biopsy

HI, I have been to two neurologists saying they think I have sfn. I DID a skin biopsy last month done at Wake Forest neurology in NC. Sent to Therapath. My ENFD came back normal with results
: distal right thigh 8.94 (abnormal is <-6.2)
: distal right calf 11.46 (abnormal is <-4.4)

Although my SGNFD came back significantly reduced @
:distal right thigh 13.3 (abnormal is <-37.8)
:distal right calf 16.5 (abnormal is <-36.5)

I have normal emg for large fiber neuropathy. Normal brain scan. Normal blood work (all neurological and regular blood work). No diabetes, no MS, no sjorgens, Lyme came back positive once and negative on the retest. Have normal burning, shooting pain, and tingling in hands and feet for sfn. Most times overall fatigue and entire body on fire/shooting/vibrating whomp whomp feeling. Sorry hard to explain.
Can anyone help me reading the test results as I have not been back to neurologist. Won't have insurance till March.

I really don't know how to interpret the sweat gland test. Was it a biopsy? The thera path is supposedly the gold standard. Maybe you have a nerve function issue vs a nerve damage/death situation?
