Trying to keep up with meds

Two nights ago I took melatonin that i bought last year due to sleep doc.

WHAT A BAD IDEA! I felt rotten all day but I did not associate the
rotten feeling with the melatonin until almost evening --- I just
felt rotten / depressed the whole day.
=-==-=-==-

I wasn't sure whether I had taken my night meds last night even though
according to the Pill-Minder I had taken them. I never felt sleepy.

I sure do not want to take any extra pills now that it is the a.m.

This morning, I freaked out about running out of Klonopin by tomorrow and not having access to my pdoc 's email because of being temporarily locked out of my email.
Then I found a full bottle, but do not feel o.k. about taking what might be EXTRA Klonopin.

I am going to try to sleep.

If you feel shitty a lot sometimes it's hard to figure out why. I'm glad that you realized it was the melatonin, so you won't have to deal with those s/e again

I'm sorry about the med confusion
I would look for the "filled on" date on that Klonopin bottle.

I hope you got some sleep :hug::hug:

are you sure it was the melatonin? the news has been so extremely bad that if you have been following it that can make you severely depressed. I think it is making me sick and melatonin has no affect on me.

The news is awful but I watch very little of it on t.v. -- almost none.
I see news online because I do not want to HEAR it or SEE pictures.

I listen to talk radio...NPR but don't like what I am hearing so have been listening to blue grass music which puts me in a good mood.

One thing about melantonin if you take it you need to want to
sleep within a couple hours.

I learned this after having Will use it for a couple years.
I knew that he always went to sleep about 2 hours after giving.
So I always when it was me gave at 7pm.

But had a doctor tell me that it shouldn't take that long. My
thought was he just didn't know my grandson.

Melatonin did not work well for me.
I had some mild sleep issues so I tried it, but it didn't help at all & I felt worse.
I gave it away to someone that it did work for..

Luckily my sleep issues resolved not long after..

Thanks Jo*Mar

For your adding to this message. My grandson, needed something
stronger and it worked for his migraines too.

I'm feel awful -- like a wave of something is passing over me.

I wonder if something in the Caesar Salad I ate is affecting me.

And I have a headache.
