Urgency and diuretic

Anyone take diuretics and have urinary frequency and unable to empty bladder

Hi Poochie! I was taking Lasix for a while. 40 mg per day. I was taking this because of fluid buildup in my lower legs. It helped but I couldn't take Lasix forever.

Nerve damage has left my bladder unable to completely empty. So I get repeated UTI's. :( I had a catheter for a while and really liked it. So convenient.

No, I had to take a break from it. I miss it but it does me good to move more even if it is going to the restroom!
