Two meals a day.

Eating breakfast or not eating breakfast is just a personal preference.:) It does not matter.

My first meal of the day is in the afternoon. Lately at work, I eat a little after 1:00. Yesterday at 1:00 p.m. it was a banana and some garbanzo beans with yogurt that
I had packed in an insulated lunch bag. When I am home, my first meal is a little later than 1:00.

Regarding dieting: what matters is the total amount of food (calories) at the end of the day.

If I wasn't dieting, I would probably only have 1-2 real meals a day and maybe a snack in between. I'm not a breakfast eater.

I'm still dieting, but I can't manage to fit in the 3 meals and 2 snacks I'm supposed to have daily on the SB Diet. I don't remember how I did it the last 2 times.
