Are there any risks associated with taking a high dise of omega 3 capsules/fish oil?
Title basically says it all, ive been taking a high dose omega 3 as well as most of the other vitmamins in the sticky for a few months now and sometimes feel i overdoe a bit with the omega 3, especially when im worried something may have caused a setback.

Why don't you list your regimen including brands and dosages. It sound like you are looking for something to worry about. |
Ok ill post my full regimen when i get home later today.
What about REALLY bumpy rides? I had an even i couldnt miss in a far neighbourhood in a rough part of down the other nignt and i swear the roads were the worst ive ever been on it felt like a third world country. And the drive was 45 minutes each way. Am i correct in assuming it wasnt damaging though since the other people in the car seemed completely unafected? Also do you think anxiety can cause symptoms that mimick pcs? |

We have told you many times that anxiety can be causing these roller coaster symptoms. Yes, if nobody else is effected by the bouncing, it should not be effected you. As I said before, if the road is rough, do not sit with your shoulders and head against the seat back. Hold you shoulders and head forward like you are reading a book in your lap. This will make your spine much more flexible so the bouncing is easier to tolerate. |
Focus on reducing your anxiety levels, meditation, relaxation , refocussing , distraction.. all these techniques can be found online if your provider is not helping you or giving you this info..

Ben, it might help if you reviewed what you eat.
As long as you eat in a healthy way (a wide range of fresh fruit and vegetables, wholegrain foods, fish, eggs, unprocessed meat in moderation, etc) it is not likely that you will be nutrient-deficient.
