Headaches and Exhaustion after eating solid foods

I have a formal diagnosis of gastroparesis although I have been tested for PN in the past and the only positive test was for innervated sweat glands. Recently my symptoms have become unbearable and I have constant tinnitus, lightheadedness, headaches and lethargy/weakness. The symptoms get much, much worse after eating and I am at a loss as to what is going on. I can barely function at all after a meal and it does not matter the contents. My PCP has brushed me off since my blood work is normal and since I have not been to the neurologist in 3 years I now need to get a referral. Can anyone relate to these awful physical symptoms I get after eating? There are no blood sugar or blood pressure issues although I do tend to run on the low side for both.

Any advice would be much appreciated so I know where to start looking for help!

I sometimes feel like I could snooze after a meal. Our digestive system is working hard to digest the foods. How about digestive enzymes, I take them with at least 2 meals daily.

I get no headaches and have not for years and thank grape seed extract for doing a good job in that area. Works on all circulation.
