Unfortunately I read the link.

Maybe true. But the last thing I wanted to read about right now...

mymorgy 03-18-2018 07:29 AM

I wondered how much had to do with obesity from the drugs-i only skimmed it

OhKay 03-18-2018 07:33 AM

I didn't read that far, Bobby

It had to do with how it hard it is for the mentally ill to take care of their
doctor appointments -- those that are unrelated to their mood issues.

Well F them. Doctors' offices need to be more accommodating.

I SERIOUSLY believe that medical groups could figure out ways to
see us at home or make getting to their offices much less weird.

I agree 100%.

There have been MANY times when I have been damn near blind, or have been barely able to walk at all, and have HAD to get to the doctor/pdoc's office by cab... I don't know how I did it.

Yeah, sometimes you just have to go, but why can't they just do f***ing telephone appointments when actually seeing you isn't necessary?
