Water Bottle hitting head.

Something happened a few days ago and I've been worried about it ever since. Someone took an empty water bottle and hit me on the head with it hard point blank. Ever since then I'm worried since my headaches started to come back from that area, and I've had previous injuries before. Is that a enough force to cause concern? I really dont want to have to worry about something serious.

I'm not an expert but I don't think it would cause concern at all. Assuming your talking about those flimsy nestle type bottles and not hard plastic bottles, those things weigh next to nothing (less than 0.03 pounds) so I don't think it could create a big enough impact even if you were hit fairly hard.

[I really dont want to have to worry about something serious.]

You don't have to worry about anything. The empty bottle was just annoying and trigger anxious thoughts. Those thoughts should be shut down.

Why worry about something that has already happened? You can't change the past. You can take control of your thoughts and make the future better.
