Tramadol and gabapentin together?

The pharmacist told me not to take them together. How in the world can I manage that if I'm supposed to take Gabapentin 3 times a day? 100 mg twice a day and 300 mg at night. Tramadol is 50 mg. Pharmacist also said take Tramadol in morning because I have sleep apnea and use a c-pap machine. I called the sleep center to ask about that. My therapist is suggesting antidepressants (I tried Zoloft once and it didn't help) because I'm so depressed about my condition but you risk that serotonin disease if you take them! I'm up to limit of almost 3000 mg of Tylenol every day. Dr. told me to stop Advil. Surgeon said surgery won't fix my problem! Can anyone relate? How do you balance meds? I don't have much quality of life right now.
