Confusing, shifting symptoms with muscle twitching

Hello,

I am a 34 year old male without any injury, and I have experienced some odd physical symptoms:

In December, both my arms (more pronounced on my left) experienced "electrical shock" sensations with pins and needles, and then numbness and pain. Those symptoms increased with activity.

In late December, my face went numb and would stay numb for six weeks

I had an EMG on my arms only which suggested a mononeuropathy. I had a stiff neck, but nothing worse, but the neurologist felt that was the cause of my issues.

In the following weeks, my symptoms would leave my left side and become most prominent on my right. My muscle twitching, which was off and on and all over, spread all over my whole body suddenly. It left places I had previously had it (including my neck).

Twitching is most pronounced in my calves and now, in my tongue. It comes and goes and is worse at night.

My neck suddenly developed sharp pain, which is worse when sitting up in a chair. It is in the back of my neck. For this, I went through PT, which didn't help.

I have had six MRIs (I have mild levoscoliosis in the thoracic areas, a bulged disc, and bone spurs in my cervical). I have had a lot of blood work (tested negative for Lyme's twice). All of my blood work was normal (was vitamin D deficient at one point). I have had a CT scan of my lungs (multiple small nodules and a thymic lesion that will be examined in two weeks). I also have a second EMG this upcoming Saturday.

Has anyone here dealt with symptoms like this? My tongue burns and tingles and it twitches badly (when it does so). I can feel it in my mouth and it is unpleasant. I deal with painful cramping, with numbness, and tingling in several locations. Those symptoms seem more to have "moved" than spread.

Thank you for your input. I have felt crazy with these symptoms shifting
