Sudden flare of PN even on gralise
 

Hi everyone, I haven't been on here in a long time. I have chronic lyme disease and been on and off treatment for years now. I feel pretty good but had a hospitalization from trigeminal neuralgia about 18 months ago so had to go back on antibiotics as we figured it was from the lyme. Fast forward now - I tried to go off the doxy and WHAM sudden and severe PN back. The odd part is the PN started when I came off the doxy in 2013. I am still on the gralise so I don't know why it would continue to work. Maybe the inflammation is just too high?

Anyone have a similar experience? Thanks.
