I used to keep lemon balm and some other oils in the house to relieve anxiety by diluting them and smelling them.
They helped temporarily.

I wonder what frankincense can do.

I have heard of people applying essential oils topically and getting very bad sunburns tho.

Yes. One has to understand how to use them apparently.

When I read the story about the girl who got badly burned (and they mentioned other cases), all I could think about was how my babysitter and her friends would lather themselves up with baby oil and lay out in the sun. She looks at least 10 years older than she is now.
