Insightec announces fda approval of exablate neuro for the treatment of tremor-domina

INSIGHTEC ANNOUNCES FDA APPROVAL OF EXABLATE NEURO FOR THE TREATMENT OF TREMOR-DOMINANT PARKINSON'S DISEASE.....

This was back a few months ago I believe, has anyone tried this procedure and if so share some details please. Also, I can't remember if there was a downside to this procedure? Thanks.
