So much pain today
 

Just had to share with anyone. Pain is all over today and I’m miserable. It makes my anxiety skyrocket. Feeling low today.

I was diagnosed with fibro and chronic body fatigue after a stroke with bleed. Prior to that I had a brain injury from a car crash.
There are days the pain is intolerable.
Pain meds aren’t possible. My liver is damaged from 8+ yrs on Cymbalta, a depression med. I had to stop the Cymbalta for my liver. Since then my pain is worse, depression is back and anxiety is terrible.
Today is a bad day all around.

This thread doesn’t get much traffic.
Fibro and fatigue are a vicious cycle. Trying to be as healthy as possible is like cleaning disease with tar and feathers.

I move as much as possible. I use a recumbent bike. I cook with my family. In between I am in bed. I miss having a full life.

Pain is high enough that I’m imagining going to the er. I’ve never gone in for pain except when I had my stroke. My legs are screaming. I’m going to drag myself into a hot bath.
