The stupid brain

So, in my first thread I talked about not knowing if i have BFS, SNF, neither, or, probably as suspected, both.

However, my symptoms are so mild that I'm sure that most of you would swap me for them in an instant.

I have had chronic, but mild tingling in my feet. Other than that, I get twitching which has reduced and prickling over a lot of my body (back of hands, forearms, top of legs).

I know i need to try and get to the bottom of this after 2 years.

But I probably haven't even thought about my feet for a few months. Most of the time, if i think about it, i then forget it quickly.

I cant remember the last time I felt prickling feeling

The twitching is reduced, but comes and goes in the same place above the ears.

The point however, is, as noted above, i cant remember when i last felt the prickling. That means that either it went away or my brain didn't pay it much attention (probably a little bit of both).

The thing is, since realising that I need to try and find out about my feet, i have started to feel the prickling again. I don't appear stressed, i'm sleeping fine and I'm carrying on as normal, yet somewhere, deep in my brain, it has decided to recognise this prickling and I cant seem to stop it.

it's very clever and powerful this thing!

So, what role does the brain have in SNF?
