Anyone have knowledge of heavy metal counts in supplements?

If anyone has insight into these heavy metal levels being high or normal in one of my supplements I would really appreciate it. It says "complies" next to each on the bottle, but complies with what...

Total Heavy Metals < 20ppm
Arsenic <3ppm
Lead <3ppm

If you are concerned about the heavy metal content of your supplements I would ask their manufacturer(s) how it was measured.

If they know what they are talking about then they should say that it was done by atomic absorption spectroscopy and have some understanding of what is involved with that as well as citing a source for what "complies" actually means.

I would do a full websearch on the maker searching for info on lead for that brand & manufacturer..
