I am a member at Psych Central and reading a post I found out about this forum! The mindset is the bottom line for all of us, I believe.

I am 61, disabled, child abuse, domestic violence, two time suicide attempted, both drug overdoses, Complex PTSD from my childhood which most of is a complete blank. I have dreadful fatigue problems which I believe are linked to the memory repression. I also have a lot of physical health problems. I am diligent on working on and through my mental health issues and I see tiny energy improvements but they are there. I can feel them. So, I keep moving forward.

I look forward to making new friends here.
