Computer and tv screens

I messed up by hitting my head and having headaches and still using the computer for recreation and work. Will that screen time effect me in the long term and stop my recovery?

Computer and TV screens are not a hard and fast issue. Many do not struggle with screens or they can use screens for quite some time before fatigue sets in. Others have a short limit. If you do not get headaches or struggle to focus with screens, they are not likely a problem.

You have to figure out how to recognize whether screens are a strain.

Ah thanks, it's hard to realize sometimes, because I have a tendency to push through the pain. Digital art is my passion and livlihood, so its hard for me to break away sometimes. Is it possible to do permanent damage from staring at computer screens too long after a concussion or injury for people who might be agitated by it?

Screens do not cause damage. In some people, they limit opportunities for the brain to rest and heal.
