Side effects of the vitamins/supplements??

I'm currently taking a Kirkland Super B-Complex, ALpha-Lipoic Acid 600, Benfotain 300, Methyl B-12 500 and Grape Seed Extract 500.

When I added the Grape seed to the cocktail(recently), I had a few headaches, but consistently have bizarre psychedelic-esq dreams. I have always had some pretty detailed color dreams, and occasionally sleepwalk, but the Grape Seed really opens the curtain to a new Clockwork Orange play every night.

Today I took the Grape seed and ended up with a borderline migraine and for me they are rare, so no more Grape Seed. On the plus side, Mr Atrhur Itis has retreated and my thumb joint pain when riding is gone....(big plus). If I skip my cocktail, I notice a distinct drop in energy level at midday.

Just wondering what the rest of you have noticed good or bad.,,,, ?

I'm been faithfully taking Grape Seed Ex 200mg (Olympian Lab) two times per day and have no headaches for over 20 yrs. Don't know why you are getting headaches...maybe you have an allergy to the Grape.

Anyway, different headache now since I got bucked of my horse and smacked the back of my head pretty hard last week. And the hits just keep on coming....:cool:
