Anyone receive SSDI for complicated migraines?

My hearing is scheduled for October 1st and I do have an experienced attorney. I also have PTSD (supported by an EEG and neurosurgeon), epilepsy since birth, fibromyalgia and arthritis. My complicated migraines with neurological symptoms did not start until after an adverse reaction to an MRI with Gadolinium contrast dye. Just interested in how/what will take place at the hearing. I have searched the forum but was unable to find any significant info. Thanks in advance.

You should be aware that not all hearings are the same. Depends on the circumstances, your age & disability. I was in my 50's when I started collecting SSDI for my migraines. I also had an attorney at my hearing as well as a witness.
As long as the Alj judge has all of your medical documentations, your atty has dotted all i's & crossed all t's, you should be ok.
The hearing can take from a few minutes to hours. Mine was 3 yrs long.

GOOD LUCK!!!!

If you're not familiar with the 5 Step Sequential Evaluation Process, you start here: https://www.ssa.gov/oidap/Documents/...Evaluation.pdf

Have you had an MRI within dye test done yet? I started out with bad migraines and it turned out I had a 10mm mass in the center of my brain causing it. And 8 brain surgeries later I’m better and now classified as permanently disabled
