Neuropathy from B6

I am developing Neuropathy from too much B6 in my system. Stopped supplements long time ago and still have problem. Someone suggested that my intestines are too porous and not absorbing properly. There is B6 in almost every food!! Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!

Search our site for info on MTHFR..
https://www.neurotalk.org/search.php

[The MTHFR gene is extremely common and can lead to a problem processing the B Vitamins, making people particularly susceptible to deficiency of B12, folic acid, and Vitamin B6. Ironically, in these cases, Vitamin B6 Levels and Vitamin B12 Levels will be HIGH, despite actually being a DEFICIENCY of these vitamins. This is because the vitamins build up in the bloodstream, where they are measured, but the vitamins can't get into the cells where they are needed. ] The Cause of Vitamin B6 Toxicity is Not What You Think
