Am I experiencing post concussion syndrome again?

Hi all, I'll try to keep this brief but would love to see if I could get answers to recent possible post-concussion syndrome related symptoms I've been experiencing:

Background

Last September (2017), I was assaulted on my way to work, giving me a concussion. I've had a few in the past, but this was the first concussion that was serious (longer than a week of feeling bad) and took me around 5-6 months to heal. I experienced everything from cognitive issues, light sensitivity, tinnitus, depression, and anxiety and it ended up being the most difficult time in my life.

I was so happy to have healed from that experience (which felt like was never going to get better) and return to living a normal, happy and active social life of a 25-year-old.

I had about 3 months of being healthy until early in June 2018, I started feeling unwell. My lymph nodes swelled and I came down with some strange illness that doctors just described as a "random virus".

My most aggravating symptoms of the virus though were extreme brain fog, trouble focusing and light sensitivity. I then began to think that I felt more concussed than "sick". Lymph nodes have returned to normal and the other viral type symptoms have gone away since. However, I still have lingering daily brain fog and light sensitivity, which makes me think that somehow my PCS has been reactivated.

Questions:

Is it possible for a viral illness to somehow reactivate post-concussion syndrome?

What should I possibly expect for recovery time since my last concussion of getting punched took 5+ months to heal?

----

I've also been trying to think what else could have triggered it - or could it be a combination of things?

The only thing that comes to mind is June 2nd, I attended a heavy rock show. I remember dancing so hard that my neck was sprained for the next 3 days from shaking my head around (dumb I know). I remember getting a little dizzy in the show but thought I maybe just had too much to drink and needed to cool it on the dancing.

I didn't think much of this incident until recently, as this show was about 2 weeks before I got sick and my brain fog and light sensitivity/ focus issues kicked back in.

Last questions:

Is it possible to retrigger PCS from dancing and shaking my head for too long?

Does the ~2 week delay between the incident and experiencing symptoms again make sense?

Could it be a combination of both getting sick and this dumb dancing incident?

-------
I'd love to get people's advice, on if you think either of these or the two could be causing my symptoms.

I guess my biggest fear is that neither of these incidents have caused my symptoms and my brain fog and light sensitivity are related to something else. If it is in fact PCS, I can relax a little and know I need to just continue to rest and be patient.

Thank you for any and all feedback!
