Bumpy roads safe?

I live in Montreal and the roads here are awful due to our very hot summers, grueling cold winters and badly constructed roads due to corruption in the construction industry here. Destroyed, pothole filled, cracked up and all around horrible roads are pretty much the norm. There's also an abundance of speedbumps and mini metal speedbump things everywhere.

Is all this safe for the brain, like driving fast over these roads and conditions? I know it can cause symptoms, maybe a headache in even healthy people but does it cause damage?

From Montreal too!

Hi, I'm from Montréal too! I often ask myself the same question as it's hard for me to be in a car, buss & all for too long here with all the bump and all (I have chronic PCS that came back in force in early 2016 and still is living with it...)

I work and drive around a lot of terrible dirt farm roads.

I am 4.5 years post accident and this summer I only needed to stop once for a sore head break.

The previous summers required more breaks and someone to drive me around on occasion.

While I definetly experienced increased symptoms and discomfort during previous summers I have not noticed anything permanent.
