swollen lymph nodes unknown origin

So I have had an odd condition. I have a history of reactive lymph nodes. Recently, I had a dental issue and extraction on my left upper molar (#14). I noticed a tender and enlarged lymph node on my right side under my jaw. It is about 3/4 of an inch wide. It has been there for at least 10 weeks, and has not gone down at all. CBC and other blood tests were pretty much normal. I have also found swollen lymph nodes around my knees as well.

This may be related or unrelated, but I have either cysts or lipomas in most of the tissues throughout my body. I have a few in my stomach area, multiple ones behind my hamstrings, etc... I don't think these are lymph nodes because of their location though I could be wrong.

I have a history of pain and fatigue. I also have a history of sympathetic nervous system issues (diagnosed with POTS years ago). I have talked to my doctor about my concerns, but because of my age (37) and normal blood work my doctor is unconcerned. Any ideas? Has anyone else had chronic swollen lymph nodes or lipomas? Thanks for reading all of this.
