Hi sparrowtech

Welcome to NeuroTalk :).

I am sorry to read about your brother.

The TBI/PCS forum is very active so I hope that other members will be able to offer you helpful suggestions.

Best wishes.

Hyperbaric oxygen therapy

Stem Cells

Cognitive FX

These are the things I've done, and they will all cost you a boat load. Your brother's injury sounds severe, which means you are going to have to spend quite a lot of money either way in order to get real improvement. I'd start with hyperbaric oxygen therapy and move up from there. There are also other things like near infrared light therapy, so you could try a Vielight as well.

Here is a good intro to hyperbaric medicine for TBI by its original proponent, Dr. Paul Harch.
