Root canal/ sinus nightmare

Hi

In September 2014 I had my first ever root canal on my upper left hand side tooth one back from my front 6 teeth. I suffered from very excruciating chronic pain after it and was bounced between numrous ENT and dental specialists, - even chronic pain specialists. I have done just about everything but they claim the tooth is fine. It has missed roots in it and was performed poorly so it is fragile but i am told there is no infection. I also started getting a recurring large ulcer on my hard palate near the tooth that they said was not caused by the root canal. At the time they detected my RHS maxillary sinus was filled with sinusitis - I had that cleared in oct 2016. They also detected a LHS polyp in my sinus above the general area of that tooth but was told it could not explain my issues- still evident in recent attached scan. I have had umpteen xrays at dentists andCts at ENTs and they say no sign of infection. I have learned to live with the intermittent discomfort on the Root canal side but I have been suffering from very chronic sinusitis. I am about to have a massive surgery in 2 weeks to fix my septum as an attempt to stop my recurrent infection but am concerned my root canal is to blame. Could the polyp in my sinus be an infection/abscess from the root canal tooth? Or is it likely unrelated? If my septum operation is in two weeks could I get the tooth pulled now and recover before then? Or could i leave it until after?
