SAPHO Syndrome & Spondyloarthritis

Hello folks,

I was just diagnosed with these two lovely issues... chronic awful elbow/fore arm pain for the past 2 years which has prohibited me from working.

Also have peripheral pain in knees/ankles/wrists/hands/neck/back etc but it's bearable.

I eat no processed foods, mostly just fresh meat/fruit/vegetables/nuts/seeds. Nothing with chemicals, no artifical sweeteners, preservatives, etc. I read the nutrition label on every product I buy. I do regular exercise and it helps but seemingly only temporarily.

Anyone else have this garbage and have any advice?
