CNS issues?

I originally popped on this site because I was concerned about possible MS. I realize that like with every other disease there is always a mimicker.

I recently had two MRI's, radiologist saw no lesions on cervical spine nor on the brain! YAY! That's fantastic but has left me at a dead end. What was found was stenosis on the cervical spine. My symptoms effect my glucose, taking a shower feels like a project, awful and makes my muscles feel like they are constricting. I have had these blurry small hallucinations that last about 5 seconds.
I love being an active and enjoy martial arts and running...or used to. I would really like to get back into that but the past 3-4 months has limited everything for me. I was supposed to be in a marathon a couple days ago but I couldn't even train for it due to fatigue and when I take a shower I get electric itchy, like pins needles and I feel weak and jelly numb-like throughout the day.

I guess I am looking for answers. I do have Sjogren's syndrome, peripheral neuropathy but these symptoms are new and the Sjogren's syndrome has been flying under the radar lately. I have had good blood work. I have been taking gabapentin which does help with the pins/needles and itchiness sometimes.
Does anyone experience any of this? :grouphug:
