Concussion/Sub Concussive impact from sudden hiccup?

I was having hiccups after eating a spicy meal, but I usually control my hiccups so they don't give me violent impacts. But as I was standing up from my chair, a sudden hiccup caught me off guard and caused my head to shake rapidly up and down.

My head didn't strike anything, but I felt weird and a little nauseous feeling was there. I don't have any history of concussions and I don't play contact sports or any such activities.

Could this event have moved the brain enough to crash into the skull to cause a sub-concussive impact, since it was quite rapid and felt bad?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
