Meds

Hubby noticed while looking at my pill minder on the table that I had
taken my daily meds twice the day before.

I did not now know what to do --- it's not like I could skip a day of meds.
Tonight I did decided to get back on my schedule and
take a day's worth of pills.

I think I am o.k.

I'm sorry about the med mistake, Mari. It's hard to know what to do when that happens. I think that you made the right decision in getting back on schedule tho.

My brain has not being working.

The best I can figure is that the depression is affecting my thinking
ability -- almost like it is not firing on all cylinders.

But today (Sat) I felt less of that. My brain seemed to be somewhat working.

Depression and anxiety can definitely effect your thinking. Meds don't help either.

I'm so glad that yesterday was a good day :)
I hope that it's the start of many more to come

Messing up meds is easy to do.

On vacation, somehow I took meds twice one of the last couple of days, I was shocked to run out of meds because I should not have.
I hope you continue to feel a bit better.

Glad that hubby is helping you in that regard.

Things that make me happy

It's cold here and I cannot get the heater to cooperate.

Last month hubby bought me an electric blanket so this makes me happy.
