New girl on the block
 

Hi guys, firstly, thanks for having me, secondly a little bit about myself. I live in Lanzarote, Spain, I am a 65 year old primary school teacher and I have 6 kids and 7 grandchildren. I am classed as bi-polar 2 and manage very well on medication. I've always been very sporty and have the most amazing Spanish stallion who, apart from my family, has been an enormous help in keeping me sane. Two months ago I stumbled down a small step and managed to break my hand..luckily not my dominant hand! I had surgery to screw and plate it and sadly developed CRPS. I've been doing as much research as possible and discovered this forum, so here I am!

I am sorry to read about your CRPS. Its forum here (https://www.neurotalk.org/forum21/) is very active so I am sure that if you post there you will get lots of support from other members.
